Scrambled Eggs



Beat desired number of eggs. (Tip: For fluffier eggs, add 1 tbs water for every 2 eggs)
Prepare additional add-ins: cheese, mushrooms, onions, peppers, meats, etc.
Pre-heat KitchenStir® stir-cooker®.

  • Add 1 tbs oil for every two eggs.
  • Add meats/vegetables and cook for two minutes.
  • After cooking meats/vegetables, add eggs and cheese.
  • Cook 1 minute for every two eggs.

Fiesta Bean Dip



Pre-heat KitchenStir® stir-cooker.
Add the following ingredients to the stir-cooker:

  • 1 cup canned Mexican beans
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup cooked taco meat (meat optional; can be cooked prior in stir-cooker).

Set for 5 minute stir
Pour out onto dish and sprinkle cheese (1 cup) on top.
Serve with tortilla chips and sour cream.


Beef Bulgogi



Ingredients:

  • 1 lbs. Rib-eye beef – thinly sliced
  • 2-3 tbs sesame seeds (toasted or untoasted)
  • 4 scallions chopped into 1” pieces

Marinade: (For more liquid, double quantities)

  • 3 tbs soy sauce
  • 1½ tbs sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic – crushed
  • 1 tbs dry sherry
  • 2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 1/2 Tbs Sugar
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger

Marinate beef 30 minutes ahead of time.
Pre-heat KitchenStir® stir-cooker.
Add oil and 1 tbs of marinade.
Add beef and scallions.
Cook for 4 minutes.
Add remaining marinade.
Cook for 1 minute.
Top with sesame seeds and serve over rice.
